In re-reading (and tagging and locking) past entries, I found that on this date in 2005 there was an amusing discussion (and a lot of twitching) in my journal about that Best of the Best of Badfics, the Lava Lamp Story.

Me, personally, I think it should be required reading for popslashers *g* Or anyone, really, but since the characters are pop boys, well. It's really special if you can find an idiot a victim someone really stupid someone to read it outloud at a gathering. Ahem.

Oh my God. I'd almost managed to forget about the details... you know, the most terrifying aspect of that story was that it as clearly written by somebody who wasn't completely illiterate--just someone who doesn't have an ounce of good taste.
