So I did that "MASH" meme floating around -- couldn't find anywhere on the page to copy the code, either, dammit -- and according to it, thehighwaywoman and I will be raising our FIVE kids in a San Francisco shack, and driving them around in a purple mini-Cooper. O_O

Whenever I get a headache that isn't directly sick-related (heat is often the culprit for me, too!) I drink LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of water, and it usually clears up quite well! It works even better than Tylenol for me, most of the time.

I'm about to drown, I've been drinking so much water. *makes face* The awfullest thing is that a lot of this is sinus-related (hence the sudafed), as well as tension -- my neck muscles are all tight and sore. So it's like, a triple threat. Or something. Bleh.

Dang, I loved those MASH things when I was a kid.

When my head is really bad off, I slap an ice pack on it to numb the nerve endings. Since after a while I can't feel the pain, I start to relax and that helps the headache to dissipate.

And I must agree, that icon is fantastic <3
