I want to write this long, sexy, emotional, romantic story of Alec and Gem. *sighs* It would be (obviously) post-Freak Nation, since we don't even SEE Gem until then. I want Alec showing her how good sex can be when it's for fun, for feeling good, rather than just for procreation, and then hanging around and helping with the baby, and they start joking and hanging out and they're falling in love....

I...don't even KNOW myself, any more. Jesus, someone help. Stage an intervention, or something.

I know it's not *g* It's just...after so many years of just slash, I feel...odd. About it. But yeah, I really like the idea of Alec/Gem. A lot. It's weird.
