Why is it so much easier to write awwwwwwwwwww stuff, than kink stuff? Yeesh. Anywho, apetslife isn't feeling well, and she asked for something to cheer her up, make her smile, whatever. I tossed off a few words in a comment in her journal, and then surprised myself by finding out it was exactly 100 words. Well, hey! A drabble! So I thought I'd share with y'all.

No rating, no pairing (unless you want to see it *g*), no spoilers.



They almost never get sick, either of them. Injured, sure. It comes with the business. But not sick. And it's Sammy who's sick, which is just tilting Dean's world with the wrongness. If anything should happen, it should happen to him, not to Sam.

Still, the smile Sam gives him -- dark circles under his eyes and all -- when Dean props the pillows up and brings him chicken noodle soup and ginger ale, well. It's a special, takes-his-breath-away sort of smile that Dean knows he'll store away as a special memory, to take out whenever he needs a pick-me-up.


And now, back to the kink. *nods*

Awwww. It's so true that it seems more like Dean would get sick -- or maybe it's just that Dean-whumping will soon be an Olympic sport. *snicker* Sweet! *snuggles* (Also I am really behind on email and answering comments, so I'll just say -- lemme get to tomorrow after work and there should be an e for you. *sheepish* busy few days.)
