I would HAPPILY take the 55 and rain. Happily. (We've had something like 1/10th of an inch of rainfall for the entire month of September. Everything is brown and dry and dead. AND HOT.)

Yeah, I hear you. We're supposed to get storms later tonight and tomorrow, and I can already feel the pressure beginning to build in my teeth/sinuses. So I'll be right there with you.

Of note...the latest Tropical Storm? Is named MATTHEW. Man, they don't know how right they are... o_O

Thanks. The good news is, it's a dry heat. (Though cross your fingers that that dry heat doesn't translate into brushfires, at least not before the end of the day--as part of my team's job is updating employees about road closures, evacuations, etc., and I'm the only one in today.) And my new place stays remarkably cool, so I can hope the A/C bills won't be ridiculous.

It was about that here the other day. Then we had a huge rain storm on Wednesday and it has been really pleasant, chilly at night to sleep.

The weather gets weirder and weirded the older I get. Bah, enough.
