I'm not sure what bothers me more - that it's policy to be such asshats or that it never occurred to them to be nice because it was just the human thing to do.

I saw your post about M's misery and thought I'd chime in with my sympathies. I had the windows open last night for fresh, cool air... and then laid back down after I got Matthew off to school, right? Except guess what today was? Yardwork day for the complex. And i had my windows open.

there isn't enough benedryl in the WORLD right now. I'm looking into air-tight bubbles. Would y'all like to join me? *sigh*

I would love to be roomies with you. :D I just... I am SO frustrated for M because we just can't seem to get on top of this crap. He can deal with the household stuff, but the pollens? Make him utterly miserable and we've discussed options with the doc and he is completely maxed out. It's so frustrating!

You know, the thing that kills me is that ... do they think that this stuff won't get out? Do they think this is somehow not going to dig their corporate graves just a little bit deeper? Has nobody learned the lesson that competent customer service is worth what it costs up front, in customer loyalty and word of mouth? Are they just not that smart???
