Took Matthew to the doctor yesterday; he has bronchitis. Today I picked up his homework, since he missed four days this week and next week is spring break. His comment to me when I told him I was going to do that: Why would you do something like that?

*snorts*

I came home and napped for 4.5 hours -- and I'm still tired. Geez.

Question for them as might know: I have, on VHS, copies of Brimstone and Noah's Ark (with Peter Wingfield) eps. But my VCR has seen better days, and I watch most of my non-TV television on my computer anyway. If I took these tapes to one of those places that converts vhs to digital, what're the chances of them doing it, since it's copyrighted material? And along that same track, does anyone have the capability themselves to transfer video to digital? I can pay -- cash, fiction, home-baked cookies, whatever. (Or, alternately, if anyone reading this knows where I can just get digital copies of those shows, that'd work, too.)

And finally,



Bidding has opened, and this is what I'm offering: I am offering one story, minimum of 5,000 words, in the Supernatural or CWRPS fandoms.

For Supernatural, I will write Sam/Dean. For CWRPS, I will write Jared/Jensen. (Other pairings/characters can be negotiated.)

I can/will write hardcore kink, underage, schmoop, first-time, or established relationship stuff. If you want a sequel or a timestamp to one of my stories, we can discuss that. I will NOT write non-con, or parent/child, and I prefer not to write death!fic. A/U's are fine, for either SPN or CWRPS.

Man... you've had it hit you both this week. Grr!

I hadn't thought about "Noah's Ark" in years. I remember getting the original on VHS tape from someone in the UK, then getting them converted and making copies and copies to sent out to everyone on the tape tree. I wonder how many tapes ended up being copied in the end?

I wish I could copy it again too. I haven't been able to hook up my VCR to the home theatre system.

Ahahahaha, maybe I got the Noah's Ark tape from you, then? *g* I have no idea, any more, who it came from. If I do end up getting it burned or finding a source, I'll happily share with you :)

I've never looked for it online or on DVD. Hadn't thought about it.
