Hmm. So, just over 69,000 words for the year. I guess that's not too bad? Probably coming closer to 70,000 because I have bits and drabbles scattered throughout my journal. But anyway.

I have noticed a definite connection between my falling away from writing (and doing journal entries, and anything else vaguely fannish) and when I got in trouble at work, back in mid-November. I'm not sure who commented that what I was probably feeling/doing was grief (grieving), but I think, yeah. Hopefully I can find some middle ground between before, and now. *crosses fingers*

I want to thank everyone who sent cards, and v-gifts to me, for Christmas. I got some cards mailed out, and I sent some e-cards. I hope to get the rest out -- probably as New Year's cards *g* -- this weekend. Along with a couple of previously mentioned wee packages. Hope, it springs eternal, right?

I have to work tomorrow, and New Year's day, so I don't think I'll be doing much in the way of partying for the end of the year (HAH, I almost said "end of the world" -- too many apocafics this year, maybe?), but to all of you don't have to work (damn your eyes *g*), I hope if you party, it's a good time :)
