Legal Groups File Lawsuit Challenging Proposition 8, Should It Pass
This is a GOOD thing.
I've spent the better part of the day, when I was at my desk, refreshing the "track your races" bit, watching the Prop 8 results. I really hope that once all the absentee ballots and provisional ballots, and whatever other ballots there are, are counted, that it's a resounding NO. Because it breaks my heart to think that people could be so mean, so petty, as to deny two people who love each other, to get married...just because they're the same gender.
