Dr. Laura is on the Today Show right now, saying (basically) that men who commit adultry (they're talking about NY Gov Elliott Spitzer)...it's their wives' fault. The wife hasn't done her "duty" in making a man feel...manly enough, fulfilled, etc., so he has to go seeking that validation elsewhere.

Excuse me, I have to go throw up now.

Mother FUCKER. I could...still not accept it, but at least maybe make more sense of it if a guy was saying that. But another woman? I'm sorry, what century are we living in??

Gah, and now she's talking about whining (her new book, "stop whining and start living")...and the next time you want to whine at your spouse "you've left your socks on the floor for the 50th time..." she says 'stop and think about the woman whose husband is dead and how she'd love to have his socks there on the floor'.

*headdesk* Not the same. Because chances are the woman who lost her husband got JUST as frustrated with her husband and just. Argh. Must stop now, because I can feel my blood pressure rising by the minute.
