THANK YOU for being the FIRST person on my flist to post RESPONSIBLY about this! I hope it's true, too--and so does every writer I know--but I trust Michael Eisner about as far as I can throw his bank account, and I will believe it's over when I see a press release from the WGA to that effect.
This is pretty much where I am -- on Eisner and any of the other AMPTP folks. Deadlinehollywood daily has a possible timeline here (http://www.deadlinehollywooddaily.com/wga-timetable-for-next-few-days/) that makes me cautiously optimistic, but I'm not going to believe it until the WGA says it.
