I've called him three times, I've texted him twice, I've called Doug's phone twice and got voice mail, and I've texted the gf's phone. NO ONE IS ANSWERING. ANYWHERE.

My next-door neighbor moved out a week or two ago...and they're renovating the unit now. It's been non-stop bangs, clangs, bumps and thuds since about 9a this morning. I didn't go to bed until about 5a, so y'all can probably imagine how excited I was to wake up at 9.
