And therefore, I have Things To Share!

Let's start with a YouTube video, Band-Aid doing "Do They Know It's Christmas":

For all you children of the 80's, this year marks the 25th anniversary of this song/video. O_O (On the extended-version of the single, Bob Geldof says at the end, "This record was recorded on the 25th of November, 1984. It's now eight a.m. on the morning of the 26th. We've been here 24 hours and I think it's time we went home. So from me, Bob Geldof and management, saying good morning to you all, and a million thanks to everyone on the record, have a lovely Christmas. Bye.") It's also interesting to note that David Bowie does a brief voice-over on the extended single that's not on the short version, nor does he appear in the video. (YES, I'm slightly obsessed with this song. Deal *g*)

If you want to dl the video, instead, it's here: Do They Know It's Christmas - Band Aid
