Can anyone help?

I'm asking everywhere, because we need some help. Matthew had a court date on October 6th that we didn't know about (I found the envelope with the letter saying he had a Failure to Appear, or FTA, stashed in between some other papers). According to the assistant at the Circuit Clerk's office, the judge issued a bench warrant and a FTA resulting in suspension of his driver's license if the fee isn't paid by the 6th of November. We need a total of $214. $184 for the fine, the charge for either a money order or cost to pay over the phone, and an Uber up there if he can't pay over the phone. We're halfway there; we need $114. We will pay it back to whomever can help out, but it won't be until January.

The backstory is that last year, he was driving without insurance, and he had a very minor fender bender. A scratch on the bumper of the car he hit. He went to court, he did the online course he had to take (a LifeSkills type of thing), and we paid his fines. But we didn't know about the 10/6 court date, so now he has to pay more money.

Any amount you could help with would be wonderful, and we can repay it to you in January. We need to pay this by Nov. 6th.
