Scroll down to "settings" and click on "userpics".

They're taking away the extra line where we credit who the icon maker is. You'll have the option of browse the computer or enter a link, and one line to put text/keywords.

That's what really confuses me about it, too. I would be more accepting of the changes if I understood them, but so far as I know, no rationale for them has been presented. Seriously, what site benefit is there in removing subject lines? What possible advantage can there be for taking away icon credit?
