because people are assholes. why the FUCK would you spend the money to get him chipped in the first place if you're just going to toss him out like garbage???

it really makes me mad on the heels of my spending over 300 dollars to get my kitty a FULL checkup blood and everything because I love her enough to fucking do it.

she's gonna be 14 this year and the vet says she's in AWESOME health! fuckers.
