Okay. The thing with Chin and his uncle, and the stolen money. If there still was a log somewhere of the serial numbers of the money Chin's uncle took...wouldn't the numbers still have pinged somewhere, eventually? Because the money went to buy a...kidney? right? Chinese black market, but even so. Wouldn't that money have eventually funneled back out of China to show up somewhere it could be tracked? Or am I over-thinking this, or just plain wrong? I accept either as a distinct possibility.

You are expecting logic from this show? Logic is not its primary foundation, dude. *g* In all seriousness, I have no idea, but I'd assume if the money went overseas and into a black market, it was stored or laundered in China or somewhere offshore, and those bills won't make their way back into service for a long time.
