...and I thought yesterday was the pinnacle of my insanity

For Halloween this year, Matthew wanted to have his friend Eric come over, spend the night, and they were going to play XBox and watch horror flicks. I said fine, and made plans to spend the evening hiding in my room upstairs, doing other things. Probably with headphones on.

Then last night, Matthew asks if Justin can join them. Sure, I said, what's another boy?

And this afternoon, just an hour or two ago, Matthew comes to me with his phone to his ear and says, "can Avery spend the night, too?"

And I said yes. *headdesk*

So, to recap: I will be having four teenage boys, ranging in age from 15 to 17, in my living room, hyped up on sugar and caffeine. All night.

Send help. Or booze.

LOL! Possibly! Also? I'm down to one. It IS a school night here, so no overnighter. \o/ That's not to say they weren't cranked, though. :D

Ahhh. We're out of school for the next two days. Tuesday's because of the elections; I'm not really sure why they're out tomorrow. And then they're off next Thursday, for Vet's Day... and off three days for Thanksgiving break.

I'm pretty sure I didn't get six days off from school when *I* was in. Geez.

I'll bet they were cranked. Yay for sugar? *g*

We don't even get election day off. We DO get Veteran's Day, then time at Thanksgiving, too.

M's never really been sugar sensitive, however, I think they were feeding off each other, which is worse.
