OMG YOU GUYS! I did my official weigh-in today at the clinic...

27 pounds!

19 of those were FAT, not water. Take THAT, Jen.

My BMI went down five points, too.

The PA that I see, Denise, said that of all the people she sees, on this particular program, no one's ever done this well for the first two weeks. She told me she's proud of me, and very pleased with my progress and success. And when I told her what my sister had said at the beginning, she said "make sure you tell your sister that 19lbs of that is fat". :)

I have a good, oh, 70 to go, and hopefully by that point I won't be ABLE to lift all 110 of it. *lol* :D

I have... slightly less than 300 to go. *wince* Which is why I'm not thinking of it in any terms other than "today... tomorrow" and occasionally, "these next two weeks". Otherwise I find myself incredibly overwhelmed.

That's why I like the weights thing. Just hefting them for a minute and then setting them down reminds you, "holy shit, this is how far I've come". It takes your mind off how far you have to go.
