I think I was tired

Went to bed at 930p last night and slept straight through until just before 6a. Got up, got the kid up, ate some breakfast... dozed off on the couch shortly after he left for school. Woke up about 30 min. ago -- so I napped for another four hours. Whoops?

I just had a phone call from a woman about a job I emailed my resume in for. It's for an office position in an auto repair/service shop, in Hodgenville (which is about a 15min. drive from here). Full-time, starting at minimum wage (which is apparently $7.25/hr, I had to ask). She asked if I would be okay with that wage and I told her truthfully yes -- sure, I'd like to make more, but any is better than what's coming in right now.

She told me she had 47 responses to the ad for this job. o_O Hodgenville is a smaller town than Elizabethtown. I told her I wasn't surprised, as there are a lot of us looking for work. Anyway, hopefully I'll make the "narrowed down into face-to-face interview" list. *crosses fingers* Here's hoping.

And I just had a phone call about my computer that I listed on Craigslist. Hopefully that pans out, as well.

Finally, a very happy (belated) birthday wish to rivers_bend. I hope it was an awesome one, honey :)
