Michigan is always such an interesting time. And hey, I made a 400 mile roadtrip today on no sleep. Yay for insomnia? Ugh.

Okay, so. Someone please tell me that Senator/VP Kinsey dies a horrible, screaming death SOON? Oh, my god. HATE the man. So much.

Also, we got Daniel back... so why the hell has JACK been so absent in S7? Anyone?

And re. S7 Jack, if I'm not totally misremembering, RDA's wife had just had a baby (or was about to have the baby) and he was in his "cutting back on acting to focus more on his family and producing", which kind of continued from there on out.

If I remember correctly, at the start of S7, RDA wanted to spend more time at home with his little daughter, so they started phasing him out more and more. He's in 7 and 8, then only makes scarce appearances in 9 and 10. It's sad, so you learn to appreciate the few times you have with him in those later years. Sniff.

Kinsey disappears eventually, no worries.

iirc, the actor had a small daughter who needed more time with him, so he cut back the time he was away from home.

You've already been told about the daughter, but I think that he was splitting time between LA and Vancouver (with the daughter in LA, I believe, or at least someplace not Vancouver) was a rather large part of it.
