Date: 2009-10-30 11:23 pm (UTC)But I wonder if the law applies to violent crimes (I would argue hate crimes) against women that are unquestionably based on gender (the summaries of the bill include gender in addition to sexual orientation and gender identity) - for example, those that watched or participated in a horrific attack on a fifteen year old girl in California? That would make me even happier.
