Right-click and save as. Once dl'd, change the extension from .doc to .avi and enjoy! :)

Help yourself! :) And enjoy :) (Some of them are zipped, and once unzipped might have either a .abc or .doc file extension; just change that extension to .avi -- and holler if you have any trouble.)
