remember the days gone by

I can remember when scrolling through my flist didn't make me want to cry. I don't think it was all that long ago, either. Probably, though, it's just me.

I see people saying "I have invite codes, first one(s) to comment gets it/them", and meh. I have no internet access from (roughly) 6a to 6p EST, so, yeah. Missing out on all of it. That said, if anyone has one they're doing anything with, and would like to pass on, I would be most grateful. I could bake you cookies or write you a drabble or three. Or whatever. I'm flexible.

And did I mention grateful?

I feel all antsy and twitchy wrt Dreamwidth, too, because y'all know me and change. I'm the one who angsts over changing my flippin' default icon, for heaven's sake. I want to be where the people are (oi, that gave me bad disco flashbacks), but I'll be here, too. Seven years is too many to just leave behind.

Matthew was in a good mood tonight. Goodness, but teenagers are mercurial creatures, aren't they? Anyone want one? Just for a few years?
