We're all clear of warnings, with no damage to our immediate area. Early reports are saying that some parts of Hardin county sustained damage (I've heard one of the high schools), but we're good. Spent 20 min. huddled in the bathroom on the first floor, listening to the emergency sirens going off, but it's all past us, now.

Soon as I know Matthew's asleep, I'm going to bed, too. God.

I can hardly wait for tornado season to actually GET here. o_O

OMG so.freaking.tired.

Apparently, most of Etown is currently without power. Mine's still on, but from listening to the radio on the way in to work this morning, my area is the exception, not the rule.

City and county schools are closed today; a combination of the electricity out and damage to at least one school. I didn't see a lot of damage on my short drive to the interstate, but there were quite a few branches down and a lot of trash flung about. Radio reports said there were a lot of electrical lines down in other parts of the city.

I heard from leighm, and I'm glad you're okay :) girlnamedpixley and marrymehowie, did y'all come through the 2nd wave(s) okay?

Jesus. Did I mention tired? It was 2a(ish) before I went to bed, and it stormed clear up until 4a, so I didn't get real quality rest.
