You know how people leave comments about how a fic made them sob? Well, that was me with this fic, and I usually pride myself on being pretty damn stony-hearted and untouchable, but this... wow, floods of tears. It just felt so real and so painful and both boys' anguish and grief was fantastically portrayed. When Sam freaked out both times in the car I was there with him with yet more tears and when they had to clean out their parents' room, oh boy, I was gone again :((
I love Sam/Dean real-life AU's so I was always going to love this, but you wrote it so well, and both boys just felt so real and so SamnDean-like that wow - so much kudos :DD And thanks so much for giving us the happy OTP ending in the end.
