You wrote more! The Way We Were is one of my all-time favourite fics. I love that you wrote the rest of the lives together. It was touching and funny and very happy making.
Btw, I felt bad for Dean going deaf in his right ear, and his reaction to needing a hearing-aid. I was a bit amused too, because I've been wearing a hearing-aid since I was five years old, and I couldn't do without it. My Dad has started going deaf, but he's resisted getting a hearing-aid. You'd think having a daughter who wears one would change his perspective, but thinking of it as an old person thing just sticks, I guesss.
