imagine something clever and witty here
Nov. 19th, 2010 11:33 pmI've spent the last two days doing a lot more walking/standing/moving than I would normally do in a WEEK, and as a result, oh my GOD do I hurt. Everywhere. My legs from hip-to-knee in particular, but my feet, arms, back as well.
I know this is not a bad thing--and I've forced myself to keep going because of that, but OW.
Yesterday was two hours at Walmart--BY MYSELF. I had to sit and rest a bunch of times, and I went through two bottles of water (and probably sweated that much back out), but I walked it. Did my shopping.
Today was Kroger for groceries, and then cleaning the house: tidying, moving stuff, vacuuming and so on.
Matthew's birthday party is tomorrow God help me. Of the ten invited guests we have seven confirmed, and then afterward, three of them are spending the night. As with Halloween night, I'll becowering hiding hanging out in my bedroom. With headphones on, probably.
I still have to bake his cake, but I'm doing that in the morning. For now, I'm going to bed. In probably about ten minutes. I'm so tired and so sore; I can hear the advil calling my name.
