Okay, I only dabble, infrequently at that, with Dean/Castiel but even I had a small squee at Castiel's comment about sharing a more profound bond with Dean, lol! I love that he showed up basically at Dean's beck and call!!
And yeah, the whole Sam paying for sex thing...like he couldn't walk into any bar and leave with the woman of his choice. I don't know whats up with that.
I agree with you on the role reversal that seems to be happening. Only difference is that it was SO obvious with Dean in S1/S2 that under that hard exterior was vulnerability and issues that made you want to hug him. With Sam...there's no vulnerability showing, not even a crack. He's cold - and its disturbing.
My theory, based on tonights show and the mention of souls is that Sam's soul is still in the cage. Bit of a jump, but i'm going with it for now :)
And what's with the 'SOON' in the previews?! Show is on next week right?!
