That was amazingly sad but I'm glad you wrote it. I love the Randy and Michael story and read it not too long ago for the millionth time. It was nice to meet the Taylor family and see how Randy's mom accepted him so completely. I can see how the early Randy was such a caring and understanding person, being so mature with his time devoted to taking care of a baby Patty while his mother was healing. It gives an insight to why and how older Randy became such a great person. He had a difficult childhood, both from being so intelligent and losing his family, so it was great to know he turned out so well. Great fic!
I loved it and now I want to read the entire story again.
