Man, everything about that survey screams "TROLL" (or maybe just "STUPID", I can't decide which).

It's just been a weird bunch of days, all right in a row, and I have a feeling it's just getting started. I'd forgotten Creation Con is this weekend (in Chicago), coming hard on the heels of Jensen's engagement announcement and the ep that's going to air on Thursday (I don't want to say specifics, since I try to stay spoiler-free for those on my list who don't like spoilers).

It makes me tired. Ugh.

In their defense, I suspect these are youngish undergraduates who have no idea about the complexities and ethics of using a survey. (The Round One folks were PhDs who should have been extensively familiar with human subjects research.)

Well, I would probably cut 'em some slack, except it's been pointed out (in seventhpage's post, I think) that they were deleting all comments to the post that were asking for more information and/or expressing concern, which isn't the greatest thing to do. I dunno. It just seems like it's the week for wanky behaviour, or something.
