How do I convert an mp3 clip to a .wav clip?

It's this clip, and I want to use it for my "sound" notification on my email -- but I can only use .wav files. Anyone?

I used this (http://media-convert.com/convert/) in the past and found it easy and self-explanatory. You choose your file from your computer, it automatically selects the format it is in, you select what you want it to be, convert and download. Et voilà!

I use http://media-convert.com/ when I need to change an mp4 to an mp3. I thiiiink you can choose different forms, though.
