Right-click and save as. Unzip the file, then change the extension from .doc to .avi and enjoy!

Thank you again. I just wish I wasn't too stupid to do this correctly. Last week it was fine but I am not sure how I change the doc to avi and it doesn't let me open the file.

All you need to do is this: make sure you have your computer settings so that you can see all of the file name -- including the extension. (Go in under "control panel" and then click "folder options", and click on the link for "show or hide file extensions", and then click the box for 'show'.)

Once you've done that, highlight the file, right-click and highlight "rename file", and then just rename the extension from .doc to .avi

If you absolutely can't get it, let me know, and we'll figure something out.

Thank you - you're my saviour!
