the sweet sounds of child(ren) at play...

Matthew's currently beating the crap out of the enemy playing "Call of Duty 4" on PS2. His accompaniment to the noise sounds from the game:

OW!

You brat!

What the CRAP?!

Ouch! That's not very nice!

Aw, snap!

To think I use to fuss over the 'car noises' being too loud...

I totally feel your pain, only its at ToonTown.com - but yeah. Same song, different verse. :D

Seriously, man. I know we drove our parents nuts, but at least they didn't have to deal with computer games and playstation/xbox/whatever and so on and so on. SHEESH.

Hee! I'm glad I don't have to sit and listen to it (I make Richard wear headphones when I get tired of the gunfire) but those are the cutest little combat phrases ever. I bet real world combat is just full of people saying Ouch! That's not very nice! and Aw, snap!. :-)

Believe me, if there was a way for him to plug headphones into the TV, I'd be ALL OVER that. It's an older television, though, with no jack for headphones. :(

I'm pretty sure you're right, though: they are cute little combat phrases *g* And so true to real life, absolutely! ;)

As opposed to my brother who swears left and right and starts hurling the game control around. *runs and hides*

Well, it's entirely possible Matthew cusses -- but not when I'm around to hear it *g* He does throw the controller sometimes, though less now since I've told him he has to replace any he breaks, and he's actually had to do that once, and didn't care for having to dispose of his income that way *g*
