While that's always a possibility, it's unlikely women would pay for sex (quick money, anyway) the way another guy would. Women might hire a gigolo/escort, and I'm certainly not saying Dean wouldn't go that route...but if he needed a quick $50 for groceries, because 14yr old Sam was growing and eating them out of house and home...if pool or poker didn't pan out, hustling sex could be a stop-gap measure.
