*I cried, looking at a lot of these, and couldn't make it all the way through the pictures. They're sad and horrible, and I want to hurt someone very, very badly for this.

I can't. You know? I just can't. This is not ever going to go away. We were already doomed as a planet by the melting of the ice caps and glaciers, this just puts the tin cupola on it. There's no cleaning this up, and 99% of species alive today won't survive it, if any do.

I know I sound awful, but the magnitude of this--there's no remedy no rescue, no cure. We can't even stop it, let alone reverse the damage.

Maybe there's a whole crop of geniuses in elementary and middle school who'll come up with a solution. I guess I'll put my hope in them.
