Ah, I feel you, honey. I started my J2 Little Mermaid last spring (heh, write slow much?!) and then saw balefully (the awesomeness of balefully!) post a J2 Splash with Jared as a mermaid for Big Bang. *sigh* I wouldn't read hers either, but hey! I just realized now I can! So there's a silver lining!

Um, the point of all that? Go ahead and write YOUR story, nevertheless. It will be amazing and unique, I know it.
