Your post is right after Pet's on my flist, the one she made talking about NY ruling to uphold same sex marriages that were performed in other states and/or countries, which means same sex partners can get benefits. One step forward and two steps back. Makes you wonder if we're ever going to arrive at a place where everyone is treated as a human being.
