WELL I HAVE TO SAY. From what we have seen of Sam and Dean's body hair sitch on the show, THEY CERTAINLY LOOK LIKE THEY MUST DO LOTS OF MANSCAPING! But like, actually in-the-real-world type Sam and Dean totally never would, I don't think (Runway!Sammy is pretty obviously a diva about his pubic hair, though). But I like to think in my fic they are perfectly trimmed and neat and clean because I HATE. BODY HAIR. HATE. I want them to be like. TOTALLY SHAVED CLEAN ALL OVER. I LOATHE armpit hair and chest hair, and pubes are okay but they must be NEAT AND CLEAN AND SHORT if they are not like, porno-waxed off. I mind girl pubic hair a lot less than guy pubic hair, for some reason! I would prefer it NOT be shaved down to a weeny little landing strip, actually.

I am laughing at myself for putting as much thought as I did into the answers. :D I'd go for trimming over shaving. But you never know. Those boys look smoooooooth. Hmmm.

clippers are the way forward. I'd personally rather not think about any man's pubes, but if forced, I am sure I'd rather they be shorter than long and dangly. *gags*

On women, I prefer the normal full triangle shape, but maybe not as long as would grow naturally on some people. I'd rather have full bush than landing strip or hitler mustache though. As I have no idea what guys even look like with pubes as I've only ever seen newborn babies and porn stars, I'm not sure what my answer for guys is.

As for Sam and Dean, I think Sam trimmed when he was with Jess, but now he doesn't bother, cos Dean kind of likes him with something to grab onto, and Dean trims because he has since he hit puberty and the first girl to give him a BJ sneezed and almost bit his dick off cos she got pubes up her nose.

Jared and Jensen clearly wax/shave/trim/generally groom.

*giggling* What an awesome poll! I voted "no" on Sam and Dean, though I'm undecided about Dean. Using the logic of not shaving legs if one's just having a night to themselves, I figured Sam would probably keep it nice and tidy if he had a regular partner, but on his own probably wouldn't focus much on the question. :) Jared? Definitely. Jensen? Probably.

I'm not quite sure how to answer. I can see Sam and Dean not caring as much bc they're mostly with each other and I don't think guys care unless they were with someone on a regular basis.

Jared and Jensen-I think they definitely trim it up. That's a very good possibility, IMO. You can tell they shave what they have off they're chests and necks. I don't think they're just really hairy guys but they do shave.

I don't like facial hair on Jared but I do on Jensen.

I'm pretty sure waxing or some other hair removal method is involved as far as Jared and Jensen are concerned. I think Sam doesn't care. I think Dean trims from time to time - partly because he is into grooming, as evidenced by his hair product use and his love of showers (and partly cause he believes it makes the goods look bigger).
