Like I said to another comment above, I think it's sad/more heartbreaking because it's plausible. If it seemed unlikely or out of character, it wouldn't be so sad, I don't think.

But yeah, I want to do a 2nd piece where Sam finds out, and I have a 3rd piece in mind where someone offers to pay the brothers to sex each other up while they watch. My head's a scary place, yes...
