I just checked a few porn sites and they used deepthroating. Porn sites win over spellchecker I reckon!

Ok, so I checked my porn *blushes*, and my porn says "deepthroating". Then I checked Urban Dictionary and also my spellcheck. They say "deep throating". I kind of want to make it "deep-throating". Since your poll doesn't have a hyphenated option, I am going for the "deep throating" button.

Merriam-Webster's (11th edition) has it as two words, no hyphen, but as a noun meaning an informant. I am inclined to say that the verb form should be hyphenated.
