Ow wow. I've had this open for like, forever, and I had to get into the right mindset to read it, but whoa! I loved it. I like that YED would take on the form of Mary and Sam to torment John, what worse way to hurt him, and then taunt him that Sam will be YED's General. Amazing! :D
