Dean looked utterly freaked out and Sam... yeah the shame. :-( And yet, at the same time, he thought he'd been backed into a corner and didn't have any choice, so ... I dunno. Damned if you do? (no pun intended, I swear.)

Also, holy FUCK, the horseman telling Dean there's a big huge empty, like he's already dead inside. :(
