Right-click and save as. Once dl'd, change the extension from .doc to .avi and enjoy! :)

I'm happy to be able to help out :) I go back far enough in fandom to remember tape trees, and sending (and receiving!) big boxes of VHS tapes every so often...this is by far much simpler *g*
